Description
The best known and most respected private health care provider in Finland, Mehiläinen, faced the challenge of managing a large company site that was a focus for communications with a wide variety of stakeholders and target groups.
Solution
Our work with Mehiläinen was built upon a close and trusting relationship. We consulted on strategy around the brand’s online presence, and through brainstorming and workshopping in partnership with the client, we created a winning redesign concept.
We designed and implemented streamlined navigation and clear actions for Mehiläinen’s different target groups, created a fresh and approachable look and feel across the site, and provided training and support in content management.
Results
We received positive customer feedback, particularly around the user-centric detail built-in to the design.
