2. Kick-off Workshop

(2h, remote or onsite)

Concept Development

(2–3 days)

Our AI consultant teams up with a sales/marketing consultant to design three concrete AI agent concepts. Each concept is described in detail:

2. The agent’s role and functions
3. Data and integration requirements
4. End-user benefits across sales, marketing, or customer success
5. Example scenarios showing how the agent would work in practice
