Financial Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Financial Specialist to join our financial administration. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our daily financial processes run smoothly and accurately. If you thrive in operational finance work, love keeping things organized, and enjoy improving processes, this might be the perfect role for you.

Key responsibilities

Handling financial administration tasks such as payroll collaboration, reporting, reconciliations, and invoice transfers and other tasks e.g. acting as a main user for Mepco and Severa systems, taking care of credit card administration and monthly checks.

Skills, knowledge and experience

• Experience in financial admimistration or similar roles
• Familiarity with Mepco and Severa (acting as a main user is a strong plus)
• A detail-oriented and structured working style
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
• A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and ways of working
• Bonus points if you have interest or experience in developing BI reporting — if you don’t have previous experience, we’re happy to help you learn!
