The need

Exove is a digital agency helping their customers achieve growth by designing and creating digital solutions that are both visually attractive and user-friendly. They develop services for a wide range of clients from startups and media companies to universities.

Exove knew this challenge firsthand. They needed a partner who could help them refine their employer value proposition and grab the attention of potential job applicants in the highly competitive market.

The solution

Exove knows that skilled IT professionals are in high demand and grabbing the attention of potential candidates is a must for talent acquisition. Our solution? Attractive employer branding with a stellar, validated Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

The process begun by interviewing some of Exove’s employees to better understand the unique characteristics of their employer brand. We also benchmarked the company’s competitors.

Once the groundwork was done, we workshopped and developed different key value propositions together with Exove’s team to ensure they reflected the company’s targets and work culture. We then validated the propositions by testing them with digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.    

The results 

With our help, Exove tuned up and validated a successful Employer Value Proposition to attract potential employees. Testing the copy on a bigger scale allowed us to discover the most efficient messaging and crystallise the newly refined EVP. We also found a number of communication elements that drive home their message as a prospective employer.

Another important outcome of the EVP project was the way Exove’s values became clearer internally in the company. This is the first step of creating a lasting impression and enables their values to shine externally to potential applicants as well.
