Valve grows its B2B marketing transformation muscle with acquisitions

Valve Branding has acquired the B2B business of Republic (formerly Kaimana) with its employees and customers transferring to Valve as of 1st of January. This was a continuation for the acquisition of Kaimana’s technology business in October 2023.

To strengthen its services for small and medium sized B2B companies Valve acquired Brandcrafty Oy, a growth marketing agency specialized in serving SaaS and subscription-based businesses. All Brandcrafty’s employees and customers will be transferred to Valve as of 1st of February.

These acquisitions are part of the execution of the Valve strategy to become the top name in B2B marketing transformation in Europe.

“In many B2B industries, the buying journey starts and ends online, and the shift to online is now very fast. This calls for changes in B2B companies’ marketing and sales strategies as well as in their internal collaboration and decision-making processes. It also underlines the need for implementing new digital platforms and growing new capabilities. With our tailored services for both large, enterprise sized and small and medium sized B2B companies, we help our clients in making this shift happen”, says Valve Branding CEO Jorma Maaninka.

In 2024, Valve continues to grow both organically and through acquisitions. Today, Valve employs over 110 people. We combine B2B industry insights and creativity with our marketing and technology expertise to serve our B2B and public sector clients, both internationally and locally.
