Valve receives funding from Business Finland to develop AI for transforming B2B marketing and sales.

 

Valve Branding Oy has received funding from Business Finland to implement the Proof of Concept phase of a new artificial intelligence solution. The aim of the development work is to revolutionise the way B2B companies understand, guide, and optimise the customer journey by utilising generative AI.

Valve is testing an AI-based solution in the development project, which helps companies more effectively identify purchasing potential, target communications, and reduce customer churn than current tools.

"We do not need to produce more slide decks for our clients – we want to deliver results for them. Valve is a pioneer in this development in Finland. With the help of Business Finland, we now have the funding, a clear vision, and the ability to build entirely new solutions for our clients," says Valve's CEO Jorma Maaninka.

Chief AI & Consulting Officer Mika Hyötyläinen leads the project, in which the solution is developed in the Proof of Concept phase together with a few pilot clients. The first pilot is conducted in Valve's own business environment. The purpose is to verify how AI can improve the effectiveness of the customer journey automatically from start to finish – from analysis to actions and implementation.

"We do not want to build this in a closed lab. We are developing this together with our clients, based on their data, in their world. I believe that only in this way can a solution be created that works in everyday life and delivers real results," Hyötyläinen emphasises.
