The world of B2B marketing, sales and customer success is complex and in constant change. Companies require seamless processes and systems to master the entire buyer journey β thatβs where us and HubSpot come in.
To become an Elite Partner, we need consistent and scalable growth in HubSpot-sourced revenue. Right now, HubSpot license sales are spread across multiple roles, which makes it harder to track performance, ensure accountability, and drive systematic growth. Thatβs where you come in.
As our dedicated HubSpot Sales Executive, youβll own the HubSpot sales pipeline and play a key role in hitting our 2026 growth goals, and beyond.
This isnβt just about hitting numbers but helping us become one of the most trusted and recognized HubSpot partners in the Nordics.
Your key responsibilities
As an Sales Executive, your key responsibilities are:
- Drive HubSpot license sales: You own and grow the HubSpot subscription business by sourcing new customers and expanding existing ones. You will get inbound leads but the majority of your sales should be sourced by you.
- Sell our HubSpot consulting services: Selling HubSpot licenses alone wonβt get our customers to the moon, thatβs why your role also includes selling consulting services alongside license sales. Youβll help our customers get the most out of HubSpot by selling implementation projects and strategic partnerships that enable them to transform and develop their business processes for sustainable growth. Your secondary KPI is selling HubSpot consulting service revenue per quarter.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Growth orientated mindset - you must constantly find new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of how CRM, Sales and Marketing technologies, digitalization, AI and data can help solve business bottlenecks and improve customer experience
- Proven B2B SaaS and/or IT consulting sales experience, selling to mid- to upmarket customers and C level
- Good collaboration, presentation, negotiation and objection handling skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English is required.

- Business Growth team supporting you. As Sales Executive, you sit in the business growth team, reporting to the CCO. You have a team of experienced colleagues supporting you in your work.
- Marketing & demand generation support. Our Growth Team drives marketing strategy and helps you open new sales conversations.
- Expert help from the HubSpot Consulting Unit. You work very closely with the HubSpot Consulting team and youβll have access to a dedicated team of consultants, solution architects, and demo specialists to help you close deals.
- Direct partnership with HubSpot. Youβll collaborate with HubSpotβs sales and technical teams and a dedicated Partner Development Manager to support your strategy.
Compensation & benefits
Your monthly base salary will be 4500β5500 β¬, depending on your experience. On top of that, youβll have access to an uncapped, performance-based commission model tied to your sales.
