Creating a unified global event experience
In September 2025, Nokia brought together two of its flagship customer events — SReXperts and Wavelengths — into one combined experience in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the course of three days, more than 1,000 participants immersed themselves in a rich program of hackathons, workshops, certification exams, inspiring main stage sessions, and focused breakout tracks.
The event also featured an impressive expo floor with 44 live demos, giving attendees hands-on access to Nokia’s latest solutions.
Valve was entrusted with the end-to-end design and execution of the event: from visual identity and storytelling to content, marketing materials, venue design, and technical production.
Bringing the theme to life
As part of the annual SReXperts and Wavelengths event series, held across three continents, the 2025 theme was “Network the cloud.”
Valve developed a fresh, dynamic visual identity for the entire series, rolled out consistently across all events, materials, and presentations. To strengthen the theme, Valve crafted a narrative that became the basis for a powerful opening video, setting the tone at every event.
From immersive digital displays to large-scale print environments, the brand came alive across every touchpoint of the Phoenix experience.
Designing the event environment
The event required diverse program spaces tailored for different formats. Valve designed and delivered:
- 2 main program rooms
- 6 breakout rooms
- 2 exam spaces
- 7 meeting rooms
- A large-scale expo area
Valve handled all aspects of technical production, electrical and data infrastructure, as well as floorplans and branded designs. To ensure precision and alignment, each space was visualized in realistic 3D renderings, refined throughout the planning process.
Capturing the moments
To extend the life of the event, Valve produced comprehensive video and photo coverage:
- Over 60 edited session recordings for internal use
- 2 high-energy highlight reels capturing the atmosphere
- 6 customer interview videos
- Full event photography for communications and marketing

By seamlessly blending storytelling, design, and technology, Valve helped Nokia deliver a unified, memorable event experience that resonated with participants and strengthened the global identity of the SReXperts and Wavelengths series.
