We're looking for a Senior HubSpot Consultant to join our team of marketers, strategists, analysts and technical wizards. If you're a HubSpot pro who gets excited about solving complex B2B problems and building scalable systems that actually move the needle β€” this might just be your kind of gig.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead strategic marketing automation and CRM projects for our B2B clients (think: smart workflows, lead scoring, reporting frameworks, sales process optimization β€” you know the drill!)
  • Translate messy problems into elegant solutions inside HubSpot’s ecosystem
  • Run workshops, build roadmaps, and advise clients with clarity and confidence
  • Stay one step ahead of what’s possible in HubSpot β€” and bring others along with you

This role is equal parts strategic advisor, solution architect, and hands-on implementer.


What we're looking for:

  • Several years of hands-on experience with HubSpot’s CRM & Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and (as a plus) Content Hub and the wider HubSpot ecosystem
  • Experience running and scaling B2B marketing ops and CRM strategies
  • Comfortable leading projects and communicating with stakeholders from CMO to SDR
  • A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a real love for clean data and efficient systems
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a positive, can-do attitude to work.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (other languages are a plus)
  • Degree in marketing, business, or tech is nice but your mindset and experience matter more.
